❖Terms of service❖

General Terms
- To submit a commission inquiry or avail for a commission, please fill out my form.
- I have the right to turn down or cancel a commission and refund any payments made. Cancellations may be due to inappropriate behavior, poor communication, or timeframe matters.
- I am working on other commissions as well as IRL work at the same time frame, so I will be alternating the projects that I will be working on.
- I will NOT draw the following: Mecha, heavy gore, intricate armor, city landscapes or any other subjects/topics raised that I am not comfortable enough to draw.
- Please do not redistribute, my work on any site without my permission and/or without crediting me.
- You are NOT allowed to edit or alter my work in any manner. Nor are you allowed to remove the watermark included in the piece.
- Additional fees will be applied for more complexed requests or for additional items (ie. additional characters, weapons, props, companions/pets etc.)
- If you do not want me to share the commissioned work, please inform me ahead of time.Commercial Rights- All commissions are for personal, non-commercial use only.
- I may use the art commissioned for non-profit purposes (ie. portfolios, advertising, banners, etc). Credit to the commissioner will be given accordingly.
- For commissions intended for commercial use, please contact me. A one time payment will be added for those planning to use the commissioned piece/s for merchandise.
- You can purchase the commercial fee at a later date. Especially for those who have already commissioned me before but have now decided to have the piece made into merchandise.Process and Payment Terms- I will send a sketch for approval first. Once the sketch is final, I will send you a Paypal invoice via the e-mail you have provided.
- Once payment is made, I will start with the lineart. Any changes or revisions for the pose must be made within this period. I WILL WAIT for you to give me the approval to start coloring and finalizing the piece.
- I will be constantly sending you progress photos and updates.
- You can also find progress updates on my Trello.
- If you do not want me to send updates until completion, please inform me beforehand.Revisions and submission times- I will only allow revisions during the sketch and lineart timeframe. Here you can revise any poses, expressions, etc.
- I will not cater to revisions that are not included within the details written on your submitted commission form.
- Regular submission time will be 8-14 days. More complexed requests will take longer. Time will be counted once the approval of the sketch is made.
- I will send you a WeTransfer link which contains your completed commissioned work. Please keep in mind that the link expires in 7 days.By breaking any or all of these terms, your rights to the piece will be retracted and you will be blacklisted and prohibited from commissioning me permanently.

Can I see my commission progress?	Absolutely! I usually send progress pictures with a watermark whenever I work on your piece during that day. As another option, I can stream your work on Twitch. You can also find my progress on your commission on my Trello
What if I don't want you to stream the piece?	If anytime you don't want the work streamed, feel free to inform me!
I wasn't able to download my commission on the WeTransfer Link!	No biggie! Feel free to message me with your commission details or your Paypal email as verification and I'll send you the link again.
Do you take in suggestions on asset themes to make?	Of course! Feel free to message me on Twitter
Do you sell premade assets individually?	They come in bundles only. :)
Will you be selling more premade things? Where can I find them?	I will be releasing more soon! You can find premade emotes and other assets on Ko-Fi!
Do you make animated emotes?	Yes! But I'm currently still practicing to provide for you the best of quality.
Can I request for a larger size of my emote commissions for merch purposes?	Of course! Once you've paid for the commercial fee, I'll send a resize of your emote/commissioned piece.
There's a subject matter that I want drawn but I'm not sure if you would draw it.	Feel free to message and ask! I won't bite.
What programs do you use to draw? What tablet?	Paint Tool Sai2, Clip Studio Paint EX. The tablet I'm using is XP-PEN Artist 15.6 Pro.
